The location, the fact that it was extremely clean
The fact that there was no table or chair in the room so we had to use the fridge for depositing stuff; the fact that there was no space in the bathroom to even place the toothbrush or toilet paper. Not very quiet in the morning as people come and go and use to speak very loud.

The room is equipped with everything: AC, TV, a small refrigerator, even a device against mosquitoes. We received from the receptionist four nesspresso capsules that we used at the espresso machine in the common space. The common area is equipped with a high-performance espresso machine, microwave, electric kettle etc.
Small room, poorly soundproofed. Wrongly mounted shower (the central column of the shower presses directly on the water tap lever, closing it). The shower drain was almost clogged. When we picked up the room we noticed hairs on the linen but the receptionist changed them on the spot. There are parking spots in front of the property, but only for four - five cars. All in all, it was too expensive for the offered services quality.
