Very good

Very nice host, free parking in front of the house. Very modern furniture and nice room decor. Well equipped kitchen and fresh towels. It was very clean.

The property was a bit remote from the beach, you have to walk a bit in the hill to get from the beach to the property. The neighbours were a bit loud and you can hear the water running from the plumbing of the adjecent appartment.

Nice apartment with terrace, close to Poreč old town (15min walk) or to the beach (5min). Martina and her family were friendly hosts, we'll be happy to come back!

Nice appartament, in a residential area close enough to seaside and center. Apartment comfortable with all services and, let me add, a good design. Shower is great, wifi good, nice bed, during our stay the fklor heating was good. The town and surrounding are nice to explore

Relaxing holiday

We liked everything about the apartment ☺️ it really is just like the pictures, beautifully decorated and really nice and clean. Our balcony was great to sit with a glass of wine and watch the sunsets and it wasn't far to talk to the beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again thanks very much 😊

The mattress was a bit hard but apart from that everything was perfect.

Perfect accomodation suitable for famylies. Close to the beach as well as to shops and restaurants.

Kind and smily owner. We arrived 7 hours before noticed time of start of accomodation, but owner let us park pur cars and provide us a room to change and rest for free. It is very suitable for famylies with small kids. Everything was perfect. We thanks a lot again.

Only small issue were those ants which were there even directly after cleaning but it is more the problem of undisciplined guests.

Absoletely wonderful ♥

Wonderful host Martina and her family. I traveled with my sons 9yr and 1.5yr and we felt very save, comfortable and welcomed. Martina helped with all she could and I deeply appreciated that. Rooms are wonderful, modern, we had lovely view and those sunsets...ah. Very close to the beach and restaurants, loved the easy straight forward walk to the centre of Porec either by the beach or with pram no problem to use the path. The area is very green, calm vibe I really loved it and can strongly recomend for families. Plenty of action to do weather its wonderful time on the beaches, entertainment in the green parks along the sea shore, really nice town Porec, aqualandium, lovely port and behind that another opportunites for endless dream walks along the sea coast. Our aim on this travel is to get to know the north coase of Croatia more. We travel with finger on our map and just visit places that "call us". We loved even 1hr trip to Zambratia a sandy beach where we spend previous summer. We cought an amazing sunset along the way, lovely walk in Umag by the sea. One of my dreams was fulfilled here too, we went to see a wonderful Waterfall at Sopot -strongly recomend that.

The apartment is quite spasious with a nice private balcony where we enjoyed the breakfasts. It has very good location, which gives the possibility to spend about 10-15 minutes to the nearest beach.

We were in late cause a car broke. Guest waith for us. Very kind!!! The position is grate, very close to supermarket, restaurants, beach and a little train to reach the centre. We will come again 😊

Perfect price quality, nice host and well located

We had a room with terrace, reception was personal and friendly! Many blankets, pillows. Beds were ok and room was well equipped. We stayed one night and it was perfect for this. Walking distance from Porec village.

Schönes Appartment für Urlaub in Porec

Gute Ausstattung der Küche, Lage zum Strand, Supermarkt und Bäcker, schöner kleiner Balkon mit Möglichkeit seine nasse Wäsche aufzuhängen. Man konnte sich immer an frischen Handtüchern bedienen. Kleines Apartment, das für ein Pärchen ausreichend ist.

Für das Wohnzimmer wäre ein größeres Sofa/Couch schön. Ein Fernseher im Schlafzimmer wäre für uns schön gewesen. Das WLAN hat nicht immer gut funktioniert.

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Kleine Details, welche sofort ins Auge fallen und erkennen lassen, dass hier jemand mit viel Liebe und Mühe am Werke war.

Einziger Nachteil, dass kein Parkplatz direkt am Apartment ist. So muss man vor Ort aus-/einpacken und das Auto ca. 50-100m weiter parken.

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub – ein riesiges Dankeschön an die wunderbare Martina! Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Zimmer war nicht nur gemütlich und blitzsauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Lage war einfach perfekt – ob Strand, Restaurants oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles war ganz in der Nähe. Martina war eine fantastische Gastgeberin: herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer mit einem offenen Ohr für unsere Fragen. Sie hat uns mit großartigen Tipps versorgt und uns das Gefühl gegeben, wirklich willkommen zu sein. Wir sind so dankbar, dass wir bei ihr wohnen durften – selten haben wir uns auf Reisen so gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Dieses Apartment ist ein echter Geheimtipp, den wir von Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Martina, die nette Gastgeberin, die darauf bedacht war, dass es uns gut geht.

Die Wohnung war ziemlich klein, bei schlechtem Wetter, war das Zimmer nicht sehr komfortabel, ich hätte es anders eingerichtet. Es fehlt auf jeden Fall ein kleines Sofa, obwohl es dann noch enger wird. In der Küche konnte man nicht sitzen, da die hohen Stühle eine sehr kleine Sitzfläche haben. Wir haben den Tisch vom Balkon reingeholt und diesen neben das Bett gestellt mit den beiden Stühlen, da wir draußen bei dem kalten Wind nicht sitzen konnten. Aber Martina, die Gastgeberin hat uns noch einen anderen kleinen Tisch für den Balkon geholt, damit wir auch da sitzen könnten. Es gibt in dem Haus auch größere Wohnungen, welche wir auch anderen Urlaubern empfehlen würden. Leider hatten wir das Pech, dass zu unserem Aufenthalt an einem Wochenende neun Rennradfahrer da waren, die ihre Räder und ihre Dreck Klamotten am Treppenaufgang deponiert haben, und die ganze Nacht von einem Zimmer zum nächsten gewandert sind! Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar man ist überall schnell am Strand im Supermarkt oder beim Bäcker, und es gibt tolle Restaurants in der Nähe, zum Beispiel Willis Restaurant, wo wir fast jeden Abend gespeist haben. Man kommt schnell mit dem Radl oder der Bahn in die Altstadt von Porec, es war alles, in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Wir können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
