Tot perfecte! Situació immillorable, al centre però en un carrer tranquil. L'apartament està molt net i ben decorat, molt modern i no falta res. És ideal per visitar la ciutat I l'amfitrió és molt atent, ens va facilitar molt la nostra estada, molt més enllà del que seria només la gestió de l'apartament i li estem molt agraïdes. En resum, un 10 per l'apartament i per l'amfitrió. Recomanarem l'allotjament a amics i familiars

Fuimos a Teruel para compartir con mis padres y hijos un fin de semana con caràcter emocional, ya que mis abuelos eran de allí, la estancia en este dúplex fué genial, muy acogedor, bonito, confortable, como si estuvieramos en nuestro casa, recomiendo contratar también el parking y lo más importante el trato inmejorable de Víctor el propietario, recomendado al 100% En pleno centro, cosa que facilita el acceso a pie al corazón de la ciudad

El trato del propietario, Víctor. Nos dio unas explicaciones perfectas por mensaje para acceder y para llegar en coche. Amable y muy atento a todos nuestras peticiones.
No sabíamos que el agua caliente iba con termo y que tardaba en calentarse, el primer día gastamos casi toda el agua y al final nos acabamos de duchar con agua templada. Lo solucionamos con duchas más cortas los días siguientes.
