Clean room, peaceful atmosphere

Though the room was good the bathroom was too small, one can't even turn around inside that. The room boy was kind but never trust the owner's words, he may sound like a kind hearted person and he keeps changing his words- we checked in late because our train got delayed, informed the owner and asked if we can check out a little late next day around 2pm, and he agreed with it and said no problem. Also we confirmed this the next morning too. But when we were getting ready at 1pm to checkout, the room boy started knocking on the door and it caused a lot of disturbance while getting ready and the owner continuously called to checkout soon as guests were waiting for the check in. He could have told this earlier and asked to checkout at 12 itself if booking was already there. This marks a bad experience as we were asking permission already and he agreed well for that but later changed his words and sounded rude.
