Their honesty and speed exceeded all our expectations. The hotel is clearly managed with a strong focus on customer service.

The tv in the glass was horrible , the reflection was bad + wished they told us earlier that the AC cant be controlled from the room unless you tell them to unlock it

- During my arrival, no person came to help me with the language. - I use massage service, asked me to go to reception to pay no. I should stop and go dawn to reception - during my arrival the they take much a lot time to delivered Lagrange so I have to call for follow up

Great experience and value with half board option.

The health club was great with access to pool, sauna and steam room. Lunch set menu was beautifully presented and very tasty. Santosh in the dining room was very helpful and Sadam kept our room spotless. Great location across from the lagoon. Helpful reception and valet staff. Dinner options were good and changed each night. Late checkout. Great internet. Great value,

One my memorable stay in Dubai. Absolutely beautiful and amazing place. Great and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast. After 13 hours straight flight I was little annoyed by the other guests while waiting to get the room on receptions. They just cut the line and hand the key for easy checkout and I was thinking for negative review but this spot and employees deserve more better

It was meant to be a a comfort short stay for EID but it was just uncomfortable and annoying

The space and location

Rust in water, cigarette and mold smell. AC system goes of and on all the time even its not on auto. The temperature keep resetting it self. The poor hygiene and we all got back home sick.

Mr. Mustafa is very helpful and kind. He gave us a nice room with a beautiful creek view. Additionally, he allowed us a late check-out, and when we forgot our laundry after checking out, Mr. Mustafa kindly received it on our behalf. Thank you, Mr. Mustafa. In addition, Mr. Shahid and Mr. Shahad were very helpful. Mr. Shahid always assisted us with everything we needed in the room, and Mr. Shahad helped us with our luggage during check-in and check-out.

Almost everything was perfect. However, some of the lights in the room were not working, and the room service was delayed in delivering the food for iftar break. Furthermore, the soup and bread were served cool.

We came as a couple, but in the room was only 1 pc of everything The reception didn’t tell nothing about the hotel, where is the pool, where is the spa and so on. You should ask them about everything. I asked to call a taxi, waited 1h, and nothing, I called Uber. Had no shower head holder, broken. The warm water is starting after 5 min of cold one

4 words. We enjoyed our stay.

I like the staff. They were accommodating and friendly. The receptionists at the counter were kind and patient. We were immediately attended by Ms Maria, Ms Reyca and Mr Ariel when we reached for our breakfast in the dining area. The food was superb as it served international menu. The room is clean and is spacious compared to most of the hotels we have been in Sharjah. Mr Raju from housekeeping was very helpful to attend to our needs like extra towel, water and some slippers. We were also assisted by the valet parking team when we checked out. We had a good experience. We hope to stay in the same hotel in our future visit.

We requested for non-smoking room however we were given a room that smell like someone had smoked cigarette. It was taken cared of by the hotel by spraying fragrances but the cigarette smell was still there. One of the pillows we used had some funny smell too. I was expecting it to have fresh smell. But overall our experience was great.

The staff are very friendly , the room was good not foul smell , they gave complimentary birthday cake for my daughter .

That the jacuzi, sauna n steam is not operating and no information was shared from website to check in time , swimming was cold as per life guard 29 is the standard tem, with the weather right now it’s really cold all in all apart from from n meals I did not enjoy any facility , which they compensated by offering complimentary lunch

Kind, quick and effective staff. Room very spacious ana perfectly equipped. Comfortable bed. It was a nice surprise to find everything set for a romantic night, unfortunately we were in mourning for the King of Italy, they were very sensitive to quickly remove all the festival apparel.

The view from pool

We were put in a smokers room, we had no choice, I stank of stale cigarettes which made feel nauseous and tainted our clothes. We couldn’t put air con on higher without calling reception,which they did not adjust properly,because it was so cold in room the bed felt and smelt damp constantly. It took 10 minutes for bath to get hot.. in the ladies spa area no facilities at all were working. The young girl at reception was very matter-of-fact and blasé the way she conducted her work. No windows to open to air room

It was perfect and my kids loved it. My daughter asked me if we could live there forever. The room was big, the swimming pool was great. I would return anytime.

Relaxing stay and very clean and quiet place. Enjoyed pool and sauna.

Nice and clean. Staff was very cooperative. And helpful. I guess the room service guy name was Jamal, if I am not wrong. He provided very helpful service, cleaned the rooms, was very honest and respectful and guided about the hotel facilities.

Breakfast was good but can get Better what they have.
