Anwar, the front desk officer at reception, was extremely helpful and quick to support us in resolving our concerns. He arranged the rooms we requested and resolved the issue with our breakfast registration. Thank you, Anwar. Munir, the housekeeping supervisor, consistently makes every effort to provide excellent and timely service. One of the best things is that the team provides two cleanings per day by default. Thank you, Munir, and thanks to your team for your dedication and commitment to delivering outstanding service. The chef at the breakfast omelette station was fantastic and ensured guests could enjoy their omelettes just the way they liked. He was courteous and delivered excellent service. Thank you, Chef.

Most of time, only one elevator is in operations though there are 3 elevators for guest. As a result, a longer waiting time to get in.

Location was good

The lobby was quite small, and the parking area was extremely crowded, which made parking somewhat inconvenient. Another concern was the water temperature in the toilets and bathrooms, which was consistently very hot. I understand that it is summer, but for a five-star hotel, I would expect a proper cooling system to ensure comfortable water temperatures. I also noticed that some guests were wearing regular cotton clothing in the swimming pool. I believe the hotel should enforce appropriate swimwear guidelines, as this is important for hygiene and maintaining proper pool standards.
