    The hotel was impeccably clean and tidy, with a consistently pleasant and refreshing fragrance throughout. Mr. Ibraheem was exceptionally accommodating, maintaining regular contact to ensure our comfort and address any potential improvements. However, the absence of facilities such as a health club or swimming pool was noted, as their inclusion could significantly enhance its appeal. Additionally, the breakfast offered a fixed menu rather than a buffet, which was an unexpected detail. Overall, I would recommend Aswar Hotel for brief stays and for couples traveling without children.

    Despite having a confirmed booking, I found no parking available outside and had to wait for staff to let me in. I then waited another 15 minutes for my room—even though I arrived late at night—only to be assigned a lower-floor room, with no effort made to compensate for the delay. What made it worse is that the receptionist was openly discussing available upper-floor suites on the phone while I was standing right there. The room itself was disappointing: the AC was noisy even on the lowest fan setting, the door and cabinet wood felt cheap, the toilet was extremely small and cramped, and the walls were so thin that I could hear conversations and even water sounds from neighbouring rooms.
