Nuestro apartamento se encuentra frente a las mejores playas de Cartagena, en un excelente edificio y en el piso 27, con una vista espectacular. Ideal para vacaciones familiares, grupos de amigos o viajes de negocios.
La ubicación del apartamento es estratégica, ya que está rodeada de centros comerciales, excelentes restaurantes, bancos, cajeros automáticos (24 horas), farmacias (24 horas).
NOTA: hay una cuota de inscripción de20,000 pesos por persona al momento del check-in NO incluido en la tarifa HomeAway.
Las visitas no están permitidas, la única forma es registrar a sus amigos visitantes como huéspedes, y dar sus nombres y número de identificación al momento de hacer el check-in, esas personas podrán entrar al apartamento.

The apartment was excellent, views are amazing and the residence is very safe and secure. I would have given a 5 except for a few quirks. The shower in the master room drains really slow, so you are constantly standing in water backed up. Not really good for hygiene. The microwave is not secure and some people might need a stool to access. My wife almost pulled it on top of her trying to open. The worst for me, always coming into a hot apartment due to the owner has a main disconnect which needs a key to operate. The key is attached to the door key and is bonded where you cannot separate, so in order to lock the door when you leave you have to turn off the main disconnect which in turn drops all of the electrical and the AC does not function while you are out. Ridiculous as my Colombian wife stated. Other than those items mentioned. The place is great.

The apartment is s exactly as described. Mayi and Edy are excellent hosts and respond quickly to your needs. I travel to Cartagena regularly. I will stay in your place again. Thanks for your hospitality!
