Sehr schöne Anlage an einem traumhaften Strand- mit kleinen Mäkeln, die behebbar sein sollten.

Die sehr ruhige, saubere Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht, die grundsätzlich hochwertig ausgestattet ist- wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt ausreichend Gläser, Messer, Pfannen etc, einen Staubsauger, Besen, Wäscheständer, Bügeleisen… In der Anlage ist Gym und Sauna Inklusive- ebenso wie das Wäschepaket, Waschmaschinenraum mit Trockner und 1 TG Stellplatz, der der Wohnung zugeteilt ist. Der kilometerlange Strand ist in 1 Minute erreichbar- eine Ostseecard, die zum Betreten des Strandes berechtigt ist im Preis enthalten. Es wird eine Erstausstattung mit Schwamm, Spültuch, Spülmittel für 1x Abwaschen und 2 Spülmaschinentabs zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir durften 2 Hunde mitnehmen- kleiner Haken: bei der Ankunft an der Rezeption wurde uns gesagt, dass man dies allerdings erst einmal überprüfen müsse- im Buchungsvorgang wurde die Anzahl der Hunde jedoch nicht abgefragt und die Aussage sorgte für eine kurzen Schreckmoment ;-)

-Im Wäschpaket waren leider keine Handhandtücher enthalten, sodass wir zum Händewaschen immer das „normale“ Handtuch benutzen mussten- wir hatten einen Kurzaufenthalt von 1 Woche und wollten nicht extra Handtücher kaufen. Ein expliziter Hinweis, dass dies mitgebracht werden muss, hätte mich gefreut! - Die Hunde dürfen zu keiner Zeit alleine in der Wohnung bleiben- was gemeinsame Nutzung der Sauna, Gym oder auch Einkaufen gehen etc. schwieriger macht. Auf anderen Portalen wird darauf schon im Vorfeld hingewiesen. Hatte bei uns z.B. zur Folge, dass wir die Sauna gar nicht genutzt haben, weil wir uns eigentlich „zu zweit“ darauf gefreut hatten- ein Vermerk dazu wäre schön gewesen. - Die Wohnung muss am Abreisetag besenrein hinterlassen werden, der Müll entsorgt, das Geschirr abgespült und eingeräumt sein. Da diese Reinigungsarbeiten am Abreisetag einige Zeit in Anspruch nehmen, könnte auch darauf schon im Buchungsvorgang hingewiesen werden. -wlan konnte während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht genutzt werden, da in der Wohnung kein Router zur Verfügung stand. Wir haben dies an der Rezeption bemängelt, aber keine weitere Information mehr dazu erhalten. -Das Mobiliar,die Kunst-Lederstühle oder auch das Kopfteil des Lederbettes, haben mit den Jahren gelitten. Wir kennen die Anlage aus früheren Jahren. Auf den Tischen waren bleibenden Flecken von vermutlich zu heißem Geschirr. Der Sessel hatte keinen Hocker, Bilder und eine Wanduhr fehlen, wurden nicht erneuert, was man leider an den zurückbleibenden Umrissen erkannt hat, die nicht überstrichen wurden. Es ist zwar eine Filterkaffeemaschine vorhanden- Nespresso oder zumindest eine Bialetti wäre nett gewesen - aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. -Die Einfahrt zur TG ist für meinen Geschmack zu schmal, mit deutlichen Spuren links und rechts von schleifenden Spiegel- wir haben unseren 8er BMW deshalb lieber gebührenpflichtig außen geparkt. Es gab aber auch Mutigere, die einen VW Bus eingestellt haben !
