- nice common area with terrace - big and well equiped kitchen with free coffee - room was clean and big, especially for one person - possibility to rent bikes - quiet area and good starting point to explore the city

- the whole guesthouse was a bit quiet and the host was never personally there (but could be reached all the time via WhatsApp App)

The room was super nice, looks fresh and well decorated. Exactly like on the photo. Balcony the best part. I liked a little patio at the kitchen with couple cats of neighbours. The location in the centre and very close to everything on walking distance. Quite and peaceful. Only seagulls screamed a bit at the morning. There was no specific smell of fish factory of Peniche. I guess smell usually goes to another side of the town.

Everything was good. Only one thing missed - nice glasses, forks and knifes at the kitchen. It was not a problem but it would be nicer with it. Anyway kitchen was clean, fully equipped for cooking.

it was a great place+ only guests out of season a high class hostel type accommodation. great position

The property manager was great and our location was fantastic. Close to everything.

I really wanted to love this place but it fell short. I loved the idea of our room with a kitchenette and outdoor patio however, the outside really needs to be spruced up. & the room itself was very damp with a strong musty smell in the washroom, cupboards & closet. I understand it is located on the ocean but this was beyond humidity in the air. All of our clothes had a very musty smell and needed to be washed before heading to our next location (we were there for 10 days). Although the room was very clean it was uncomfortable due to the smell & moisture.
