We offer our unique 3500SF under air warm and welcoming multi-level waterfront cul-de-sac pool home.

The upper level has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, an open concept family room, dining room, morning room and kitchen, plus pantry and laundry room, and 2000 SF wrap-around deck. The master bedroom suite has a king bed, two walk-in closets, calming water view and a 46” HD SMART TV. The master bath has a toilet room, two sinks, a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub to relax in after a long day at the beach. Other bedrooms include a king bed, stunning water view, walk-in closet, and attached semi-private full bath that also has access from the hallway; a queen bed with walk-in closet located directly across the hall from the hall bath; a 2-full sized beds with attached full bath with walk-in shower. The open-concept vaulted ceiling living space includes a large but cozy family room, a gorgeous dining room with a 9’ table and seating for 10, a high end kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a morning room with beautiful water view that also seats 10. The 60” HD SMART TV with sound bar located in the family room is viewable from all areas of this open-concept living space. The Kitchen features a Jenn Air gas range, a French-door large capacity refrigerator, and a spacious double oven. The laundry/pantry room is located off of the kitchen and features a high capacity washer and dryer, sink and ample storage. The huge wrap-around covered deck is a great place to relax and enjoy the views. The deck has plenty of eating and seating areas.

The rec room has a 60” HD SMART TV with sound bar that is also viewable from the outdoor living area, a comfy sectional sofa with a queen sleeper, kitchenette with large French-door refrigerator, and gorgeous views through the 3 glass sliding doors to the outdoor living area. The 2000 SF outdoor living area offers both covered and open areas with plenty of eating and seating areas, and gorgeous views all around! The large 30’X15’ heated pool offers lots of space for all to enjoy. Ground level covered patios and huge 1000 SF dock with grill and fish table makes the outdoor space complete.

Our family, ranging in age from 8 years to 75 years old found this home to be a perfect fit for our Thanksgiving in Florida. The house was extremely clean and well appointed. The beds and furniture were comfortable with added touches like extra blankets and pillows. Indoor and outdoor seating was plentiful, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The owners provided games, puzzles, kayaks, and beach equipment, which added to the value of this property. The pool is nicely sized and private. The view was amazing. This home is in a great location as well, quiet neighborhood, yet close to everything we needed. Highly recommend this property!

My family and I vacationed to Marco for our spring break this year. I have 3 children under 6, and I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. It had a fully stocked kitchen when we arrived and an abundance of toys/floats for the pool area. The Publix is right down the street which was such a great bonus for any last minute needs. Thank you for making this vacation one to remember! We will be back!

House was great for families! Our stay included 7 kids under the age of 12 and 4 adults. The kids enjoyed finishing in the canal and swimming in the pool. We loved the house! There was plenty of room for everyone!

We had an amazing time over Easter break. The property was spacious and well appointed. Grandchildren LOVED the huge pool and outdoor decks! They swam practically all day, everyday. Host/Hostess Beth was fantastic. Any issue she was available and helpful. Allowed a late check out due to the fact our flights weren’t leaving until the evening and this was a GOD Send! Thank you again. Recommend the home to All!
