location and friendliness of the staff.
No water in the rooms and a very thin pillow with no options. So pretty basic in terms of facilities.

The environment is absolutely beautiful - and so is the little chateau - The host was very nice and friendly and was able to give excellent advice
I thought the dinner was a bit expensive and the location is pretty far from Sisteron, but actually the beauty of the garden and environment make up for the distance
