Recently remodeled, very clean well-maintained home, located in quiet neighborhood, very private, close to J.N. Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge, with many bird sightings from the porch. Short bike ride to beautiful Bowman beach. Comfortably furnished, two queen size beds, large screened in porch with view of Dinkins Lake, fully equip kitchen, washer, dryer, high speed internet, large smart TV, BBQ, beach chairs, beach umbrella and covered parking. Rental period one month minimum.

Our stay was truly amazing! The home was well appointed with everything one needed to enjoy a relaxing time on Sanibel. The homes location to Bowman’s and Blind Pass beach made for an easy, no issues beach day. Also, with Captiva Island so close, we enjoyed many evenings dining out there (Green Flash and Shipyard) and watching the beautiful sunsets. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and provided us a stress free stay. I look forward to a return in the future

We arrived later than planned. Called owners and they were very helpful instructing us on everything we needed to light up this beautiful home and get unloaded. The home was perfect. View from screened porch was awesome. Home is well maintained and has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Nice neighborhood to walk in.
