Basically everything: an abundance of amenities, cleanliness of the apartment, the private parking space, and a lovely host that was available and organized as Julia prepared the place ahead of the scheduled time even though we didn't ask for it.
It's really a minor thing - we weren't quite sure if there's was a reserved parking spot for us (there was) or a place on the street as it was initially communicated.
