Great place for one person. Small but clean and has everything you need. Comfy watching a movie and relaxing in there. Very good mall nearby, only a 5 minute walk. Everything you need nearby and convenient. Check in was was easy and Junita, the host, was friendly and helpful.

The room was sufficient for the need (for one person for 2 nights). The location was close to shopping and services. The host made the difference. She was friendly and worked hard to meet the need. We would definitely do the same again.
The room was very small. The ad said that the accommodation was one-bedroom however, it would be called a 'bachelor apartment' in N. America - so a bit misleading.

The property manager helped overcome an initial issue over our misunderstanding of room. We were very grateful for her assistance.
The apartment could be improved with things like bath floor mat, tea towels etc
