Prachtig uitzicht! Heel ruim huis. beetje gedateerd maar verder heerlijk verbijf.
Omdat je behoorlijk op hoogte zit was het in de avond te koud om buiten te zitten. Maar heeft ook met de tijd van het jaar te maken. Heerlijk huis! Maar omdat het al tijdje leeg stond rook het een beetje muf. Nadat het huis weer meer in gebruik werd genomen nam dat weer af.

Salco rental agents excellent. Had been to cumbre del sol before so knew area and views are amazing. Villa massive very well maintained internally ,externally will need some attention in the near future. Villa traditionally decorated. Beautiful pool. Magnificent 180 degree views. 3 terraces upstairs one off the bedroom. 2 bedrooms downstairs opening onto the pool. All good sized rooms.
Patio furniture unfortunately needs replacing . A beautiful lower terrace which is obviously unused as is overgrown. It’s a shame as there is an outdoor kitchen on this level with it.
