Friendly and helpful staff, was able to check in early, all restaurants very close.
There is a very busy road in front of the apartment and you literally breathe exhaust fumes when you want to drink coffee in the morning or sit in the balcony afternoon. If you want to find better beach you need to walk about 1.5 km. The bedlinen looks a little bit old, the frying pan needs to be replaced. The shower was clogged, we had to put some chemicals to fix it.

Excellent location. Toiletries available. Welcome soft drinks, mineral water, cereal bars and candy. Host available at all times. Comfortable living room/kitchen. Large closet.
Ground floor. Lack of privacy, as windows overlook street/alley. Potential noise due to close proximity to city centre. Poor heating (significantly affecting our overall experience and rating) - AC in room not covering living room/kitchen, hot water not always available, even when boiler/water heater was on for long.

Very fancy apartment. Near city center, very close to everything.
Very weak internet. No view, balcony looking at the wall of the next house. No dishwasher. Occasionally no hot water. Price should definitely be lower considering out of season period.
