The size of the room and the secure parking, as well as the breakfast. The two baby beds were also good as we had 2 under 2.

The TV was quite old and not a smart TV, so stuck with french TV. Having a smart TV would have been ideal.

i didnt actually think it was part of a working hospital until i saw the newborn babies in their bassinettes with their parents at breakfast. Lovely :)

the water in the shower goes all over the bathroom floor, but I guess thats because its a walkin shower/wet room. Be forewarned !

Overall a very nice stay

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was modern and very large. There was a kettle with coffee and tea in the room. The bed was very comfy. Overall value for money very good!

Unfortunately, I didn't get a new water bottle the day before my departure and the towels weren't changed.

We would have made good use of a minibar, we got back late Sunday night, everything was closed, the vending machine had mostly sweets and one offer of potato chips that wouldn’t fall. But we had a good breakfast in the morning.

Clean, comfy and convenient – overall a very pleasant stay.

We arrived on the first day in heavy rain. The following days the weather was beautiful, but it was difficult to find parking in the surrounding area. The parking garage was very convenient and definitely worth paying for.

We just stayed there to sleep on our way.

Very friendly front desk officer who offered free of charge parking due to that fact that we arrvied close to midnight and were going to leave at the earliest time possible in the morning. I think this was really nice, since clearly he didn't want to take advantage of us as clients.

I think that it should be clearly stated that the patients from the nearby hospital use the restaurant. I saw the name of the hotel but didn't really think it was actually a hotel for hospital patients. Clients should be made aware of this. If it is written somewhere in the hotel's description and I simply missed that then I take this back and it was clearly my misunderstanding.

The staff here treat you with the same care that a great nurse would give to hospital patients

We have never been to a hotel where the staff was so warm, welcoming, and responsive to our needs. When we checked in, they provided us with free transit passes for the weekend and also let us borrow umbrellas for our stay, and no matter who was working, they treated us with real attention and kindness. Even on our last day, when we realized our early train would prevent us from sitting down to the breakfast we had paid for, they let us box up a breakfast and provided a bag as well. The room was neat and so comfortable, with a mattress that is not too hard and not too soft. The sheets were a nice natural material, and it was a nice touch to have ceramic mugs to drink tea out of, robes and slippers, and windows with a beautiful view of the lake and Lausanne. I can't wait to come back here.

Very spacious and clean rooms.

The property was great - very clean and spacious rooms. We’ve learnt to appreciate how small hotel rooms can be in Switzerland. The only thing is there are hospitals patients staying in this hotel so be aware. We enjoyed a nice lunch downstairs at the restaurant also. The hotel was an easy 5 min walk from the subway (uphill when you walk towards the hotel from the subway).

Neighborhood was a bit stale and the hotel was affiliated with a hospital.

The breakfast was amazing! Realize that you are staying at a hospital hotel. It was super cool to see the new parents having meals with their babies and families. Our room was very nice, the bathroom was great, and the beds were comfortable.

It is an uphill walk about a block from the metro station. The hotel does not have air conditioning (they told us that at check-in and it was fine, our room had a fan).

Very good option for quality/price

This hotel is very close to the metro station and makes it easy to visit around. There was a great view from our window and it is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Breakfast was very good and there is a lot of variety.

The building is split in two with the clinic hospital but it feels an hospital also on the client side. At first, I thought I got into the wrong building.

excellent value for money stay in Lausanne

the view of lake Geneva from the family room, the excellent buffet breakfast that is included, the cleanliness and size of the room, the free metro card provided and the renovated and fresh interior of the building, floors and room.

nothing that I could think of. maybe could be a tad closer to the city perhaps but the chuv metro station is less than 3 mins walk.
