We were completely satisfied with our stay and felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. We especially loved the warm, family-like atmosphere and the beautiful, cozy feel of the hotel.
We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

They were very accommodating in arranging early breakfast for us any day we requested and the breakfast spread was great. Beds are comfortable and the room is clean and has good space.
Wifi can be hit or miss in the room. The bathroom seems to have certain smell that won't go away but it is not too bad.

It far exceeded my expectations. The people are very nice, friendly and accommodating. During our stay in Chile we stayed at valle Nevado ski resort and a Hilton in Santiago, this property far exceeded both of those in every way.
Toilets could maybe be better? And starlink WiFi gets slow when it’s extremely windy but that’s really nitpicking.

Breakfast was nice and very good. Spanish speaking personal very sweet.
Rooms und bathroom extremely small. And first thing we had to do, was pay. Made this whole place not really attractive.
