Excellent location in the old town square. Two bedrooms so it worked great for a family of four. Clean bathroom and kitchen .
The location is fantastic, however it is situated next door to a restaurant (that has outdoor dining) and a pub that is directly across the square. As there is no air conditioning or fans we had the windows open a night time so it was quite noisy until the restaurant closed.

The location is amazing. Right in the heart of Zell am See. Perfect if you’re coming by train. The appartment was clean and the living room was spacious. The rooms were a little small, but it was not an issue for us. We slept with the windows open, and with earplugs, the noise was not bad. The restaurant right next door wasn’t a bother except when they use the leafblower at 7am. I would recommend for early risers.
There was only one key for us to share between 4 people

Perfect location, right in the middle of Zell am See centrum. Kitchen well provisioned, nicely furnished and beds comfortable. My husband loved the nice fluffy pillows.
Not something the owners can do about but at 2am from people were noisely talking and smoking outside on the street (possibly hotel workers on their smokko?). It woke us but we did have the windows open - closed them and ir was fine. Oh and no salt in the kitchen :).
