Muy buena ubicación. Estaba todo limpio y ordenado. Me instruyó sobre como ingresar con videos. Contiene todos los elementos para cocinar. El precio fue muy conveniente.

La ubicación; la limpieza del departamento.
La ventana principal estaba sucia. Podrían ofrecer cochera ya que hay una frente al edificio.

El trato con el anfitrion, el precio publicado es engañoso, ya que en letras chiquitas agregan un 25% en impuestos que no se sabe a que corresponde, la television se ve en blanco y negro, la puerta de entrada esta rota, no tiene seguridad y es dificultosa para abrirla y el ascensor no funciona, al hacer el reclamo el anfitrion se justifica diciendo que en Bahia Blanca hubo una tormenta (hace mas de un mes, y no se que tiene que ver), en fin, no lo recomendaria, hay otros lugares con mejor trato
