Friendly staff, Upmarket rooms- Great stay

The place was good. The quality of the room was great. The hotel receptionist was very kind, very helpful as much although she could not speak English, which was disappointing because understanding each other was a nightmare, She was really good at her work, she is very respectful. Made efforts to make sure that despite the language barrier, i enjoyed my stay

I didn't like the check-in process, where I was requested to give out a physical credit card at the reception to put a hold on 100Euros. That was never mentioned during the booking that I would be expected to provide a physical card. I have all my cards on my phone, which was an inconvenience. Even after my hotel was fully paid before arrival, i was asked to swipe my card to pay for tax, which was less than 5 euros. I expect all those matters to be transparent on the website or booking page. I also didn't like the location. When I booked, i thought it was close to the airport, but hell no, i was mistaken. From my experience, I felt the place was in the middle of nowhere. But there are great restaurants and they make good croissants at the hotel.

Congested and expensive stay

Its located far and isolated place, so its good for peace loving folks. food chains live Mcd, KFC are nearby and also supermarkets and bus stops are less than 1KM away.

Automated Checkin, it was challenging with limited info, however was able to checkin. Rooms are very small and far from airport, due to this aspect I feel its not value for money. its expensive.

It s 1 h long distance from city Paris,and 12 km long distance of airport SDG .You have nothing around and it was very hard to find

Quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows Good value. Staff dealt swiftly and efficiently with a problem in our room.

Registration on arrival. Reception not open so had to negotiate online registration.....eventually succeeded with help of staff response to my call.

I won't be coming back.

The hotel is rather close to a bus station that has buses directly to Charles de Gaulle airport. It was easy to find. Additionally, it had clean sheets and bed linen. The staff was friendly. It is cheaper than most hotels in that area.

Although the staff was friendly, it is an overstatement that they speak English. The non-smoking bedroom smelled of cigarette smoke. There were cockroaches in the room. When confronted with this, the staff just said they were sorry and that was it. Especially the bathroom looked very old and used. The photos on the booking page seem very old. The hallway looked messy because carts with used bed linen were openly stored there. The area where the hotel is located, felt sketchy, having some trash liying on the streets on the way to the hotel. The last part is of course not the hotel's fault, but it ads to the picture.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff was so nice to us and made us comfortable. The train station is 10 mins away by walking so It was really easy to get to the city. I recommend this place :)

Tienen una maquina afuera en la puerta de entrada y hemos hecho el check in ahi. Ya que habiamos llegado mas tarde. Muy util!

Vriendelijk personeel. In principe is het grotendeels selfservice hotel . Je hoeft niet veel met het personeel, maar bij vragen waren ze heel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Verlichting op de kamer. Bij 1 bed geen Verlichting.

El personal era muy amable y siempre nos ayudaron. El check in se podía hacer incluso en la madrugada en una máquina afuera del hotel.

Demasiado caro e incómodo para una sola noche de emergencia. Habían muchos ruidos molestos que no dejaban descansar en paz.

Le personnel du soir était très accueillant,on m'a juste pas prévenu de la pancarte pour ne pas dérangé le matin car la femme de ménage a ouvert la porte ce qui m'a surpris a 9h du matin mais sinon tout s'est bien passé parking etc au top je reviendrai

Je pensais juste trouver le lit que j'avais Vu sur la photo pour dormir confortablement avec ma femme mis a part ça le reste c'est bon je lirai plus attentivement les détails donc c'est de ma faute !

Kurz und bündig, ich könnte wieder die gleiche hotel buchen aber außer Frühstück

Es war ok für uns, für nur Übernachtung ist es wirklich ok aber Frühstück war ich gar nicht zufrieden, weil 2 Tage fast kein Frühstück mehr und vor allem letzte Tag haben meine Familie trotzdem etwas kleines noch gehabt aber ich war so etwa 10.20 Uhr unten und 10.30 Uhr geht die Buffet zu aber leider habe ich gar nichts bekommen nicht mal einen kaffe... Personal waren die Hälfte nett aber nur einen Frau die nur böse schaut. Wie gesagt ich finde es aber trotzdem noch ok für zwei tage

Frühstücke, die ich ein Tag nur noch croissant bekommen und zweite Tag habe ich gar nicht bekommen ob wohl eigentlich 10 Minute Zeit gehabt hat. Habe es umsonst bezahlt
