Blockhäuser Stamsried

Es ist sehr ruhig und erholsam am Waldrand gelegen mit eigenem Parkplatz und bis in den Ort zum Einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit; auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Bis auf fehlende Fliegengitter am Fenster haben wir nichts vermisst. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, gemütlich und schön/liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Außer den fehlenden Fliegengitter/n an den Fenstern gibt es NICHTS zu beanstanden.

Das Wasser wurde nicht richtig warm.

Waschmaschine, Trockner, Grill und Spielekonsole nicht gefunden. Spielplatz könnte schöner sein. Mülltrennung nicht möglich.

The location was perfect, directly on the border of the forest en only a hill down to the town where is a supermarket, bakery and a pharmacy. Tennis is available, next to the cabins, for only 10 Euro a hour. It is quiet (except for the janitor) and it is lovely for dogs.

The janitor was constantly making noise with cutting grass ( this he did all the days of our stay and we stayed a full week). The farmer next door started on a Sunday morning at 6:30 to collect his grass,so be sure you are an early riser. It wasn't very clean when we arrived. The cleaning towel was still on the couch and there were spider webs and a lot of spiders under the bed and nightstands, what was obvious not been cleaned in a long while. The Janitor however said we should not complain about that because we are by a forest. But lazy work of a cleaner is a total different case in my opinion.
