Mare Smeraldo Appartamento

The apartment is more than well equipped. First, we were welcomed with a full fruit basket and a fridge full of drinks along with a basket full of traditional Italian breakfast snacks and coffee. We had all the spices and cooking basics like oil, ev olive oil, various kinds of vinegar and different types of salt. Eurospin next door had great supplies and we didn’t even think about going to the restaurant. The spacious terrace made every meal feel special and the dishwasher made it effortless. There is one bathroom per bedroom which made after-beach showers easier. Hot water was ample and the washer had short programs that kept us clean during our stay. Free street parking was always available. Every room along with open space living room had AC so everyone could be comfortable. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and outlets were provided next to all the sleep spots. The host responded in minutes to all our queries. The location is perfect, close to ZTL, next to an amazing supermarket and a short walk to eco center that made it easy not to think about what recycle day it is. All the best SE beaches were within a short drive and the summer bus stop is just across the house.

We were told not to leave any trash in the recycling bins. This wasn’t too big of an issue as AI pointed us to eco center across Euro Spin that we resolved with not caring about the recycling schedule, collecting all the trash and taking it there just before we checked out. This information wasn’t provided and it made us a bit stressed out for a couple of days.

Posizione favorevole e vicino al centro, accogliente e fornita di tutto. Il proprietario gentilissimo che ci ha permesso di soggiornare per i nostri 3 giorni.. Super consigliato ☺️

l'appartamento è fornito di: 2 camere da letto, 2 bagni, 1 cucina grande e un grande terrazzo. Un condizionatore in ogni locale, lavatrice, lavostoviglie, frigorifero, macchinetta del caffe', microonde, forno, cucina ben attrezzata e fornita di generi di prima necessità (olio,sale,zucchero,caffè,detersivi,ecc..ecc..). Asciugamani, lenzuola, saponi vari. nel frigo abbiamo gradito un bunvenuto ricco di bevande e frutta varia. Sotto l'appartamento c'è una buona pizzeria/bisteccheria. parcheggio libero di fianco alla casa. Il proprietario Pierluigi molto disponibile.

Da migliorare la pulizia all'interno degli armadi della cucina. Tutto il resto pulitissimo

Well equipped, clean and perfect for two couples. Pierluigi was very welcoming, he received us with fruits, and some treats for our stay, lovely. Communication was always very easy with him. Lots of parking space and nice restaurants nearby, also supermarket around the corner.
