Fausto is the kindest human. Our group was only there for a night prior to flying out of FCO. He sat with us, showed us everything, called the local pizza place and ordered pizza for us and we got to learn a little bit about his 42 year career in the cruise industry.

- Fausto ist ein TOP- Gastgeber. Sehr nett, freundlich, alles detailliert erklärt und gezeigt alle Fragen geantwortet.
- Sehr großzügiges Haus, sehr guter und bequemer Garten
- Klimaanlage in jedem Zimmer
- Sehr gute Ausstattung, alles was man braucht und sogar mehr: Liegen. Sonnenschirme, riesige überdachte Terrasse, ein Luftbett draußen, Grill uvm.
Das wäre 10 +++ Anlage. Man muss viel wegwerfen, reparieren und ersetzen, komplett putzen
- Sauberkeit:
wir mussten leider den Kühlschrank, Wasch-, ind Spüllmaschine gründlich reinigen
Viele Tücher und Bettwäsche mit Flecken
Kochtöpfe unbrauchbar, wir mussten uns neu kaufen
Wir alle sind Nichtraucher und mussten im Garten mehr sls 20 Zigarettenkippen sammeln
- 2 von 3 Klobrillen und eine Duschbrause waren kaputt
- Frühstück: relativ viel vorhanden, aber ganz viel von Vormietern geöffnet, wer will von jemandem anderen geöffnete Sausen, Kekse oder Müsli essen? Warum wurden diese nicht aussortiert und erneuert?
- Die in der Beschreibung stehende Angabe "Am Strand" ist unkorrekt. Der Zugang zum Strand ist seit 1 Jahr wegen Hafenbaustelle gesperrt, zum nächsten kleinen Strand (total vermüllt) ca. 1 km.

The host was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. Each bedroom has a bathroom. The pizzeria nearby was very good as well.
