Convenient location close to the city entrance and to center. Discounts to restaurants and shops (though we did not use any). Friendly owner, all necessary amenities.
It was quite cold. The apartment looks like it was converted from the bar, with the big glassy entrance door that opens directly to living room. This door had low thermal insulation and all heat is lost.
And this is not the whole house, as stated in the confirmation, but one apartment.
