Do not recommend for someone looking to relax. It’s overcrowded and more suitable for families with children.

It was clean and staff was very polite. The food was quite good and there was lots of variety.

The property does not seem to be well maintained. Each time we stay in Arte, it looks to be more and more worn out. There were a lot of children, so it’s not the best place if you are looking to relax and have some peaceful moments.

Good food and spa, lots of kids

Food was superb. SPA facilities were pretty good and diverse. This place is oriented A LOT toward families with kids (tons of children activities during the morning/day/evening). This is useful to know for groups WITHOUT kids as well :) There is a kids play room that is camera monitored and one channel on the room TV displayed the play room. Amenities are well taken care of! Lifeguard noticed a loose tile on the outside pool, immediately called maintenance and tile was fixed within minutes. This simple repair would have taken some places years to do. Lifeguards measured water temperature every morning. Did I mentioned the food was exceptionally good, both for breakfast and dinner?

No bedside table on the right side of the bed. It is a 5-star hotel, but the parking is a dirty patch of plowed field. It should have been monitored, but "sometimes" it is not. The staff involved us in a play of car tetris due to a bunch of cars not being "parked correctly". Well, there are no parking spots marked, so who would have guessed... Hotel is located outside the town and walking to city center is about 1-2km through a hot wilderness construction places. Speaking of construction places - this was also our room view.

All was good, only the sofa we had as second bed was a bit harder and the hair dryer in the bathroom was wicker and unable to work more than 10 minutes at a time

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and wonderful nature views. The spa area was good – it featured a nice pool and different saunas. The food was excellent – both breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay!

- Gym opens afer 09:00AM, it may be late for some, which are used to workout early in the morning, like me :) - The alcohol is little overpriced

One of our favorite spots in the World!

We have stayed at Arte Spa and Park a number of times and we are always just so impressed! The quality of service, the exceptional Spa service as well as the comfortable room and fantastic dining all combine to make for an incredibly memorable experience!

Our only issue with Arte is the fact that so many guests choose to smoke around the outdoor thermal pools. For those like myself who have an allergy to cigarette smoke or those who simply don’t smoke, this can be very unpleasant. It could be resolved though by creating a separate outdoor smoking area which would allow for those enjoying the pools to breathe fresh air!

Adults with no kids - best to go elsewhere if you want to relax

The room and food were nice

The hotel was fulll of kids, but there was nobody fro the personnel to put some control in place. Trolleys in the middle of the only passing walk to the elevators for hours, kids and adults jumping in the adults's swimming pool and yelling in the spa, families staying at the only 3 jakuzzis for 2-3 or more hours. We went to relax, but we came back more nervous than when arrived. No way to relax with 100 kids and their parents yeeling and doing whatever they want with no thought of the other guests whatsoever.

Overrated

The only thing that's worth the money is the Spa center - it is big, with a lot of different pools, saunas, baths. Apart from that, the food was ok, but one could expect more from a 5-star location.

You pay a high price for a mediocre hotel, with mediocre service, built with low-quality materials. The waiters didn't speak any languages other than Bulgarian; there was no free water for dinner (I understand paying for soft drinks and alcohol, but for water, come on...); the rooms were NOT sound-proof (we could hear how the guest in the next room was yawning?!?); the beautiful view from the room was blocked by the construction of some villas, part of the whole complex.

Perfect stay for families.

The hotel and the staff are amazing. Everything was very well arranged. Very special praises to the guy who is making the pancakes- he’s an incredible artist who can make pancakes of any shape - from panda to football stadium.

Construction all around the hotel. Your view is blocked by a bunch of ugly concrete construction sites. Guys, nature is your biggest asset. Don’t destroy it!

The hotel is very good, however rooms need renovation.

The stuff was nice, especially in the restaurant. Food was very good, perfect variety. We enjoyed the outdoor pool.

The room was really small (no balcony) and needs renovation. There was no kettle no spoon no cup to make a tea at least. No coffee or tea in the room, but too much mini bar junk food.
