Its location was only 2 minutes away from the municipal park where the Wine festival is held.
Spacious property.
Steep stairs to first floor, not ideal for the elderly. The bathroom was a big disappointment. Very tight to get in. Not suitable for the larger person. It definitely requires a redesign to create a larger bathroom or add a separate toilet. Not really suitable for 6 adults.
The single bedroom could easily become a double bedroom and this would do away with having to use the disgusting sofa bed which unfolds on to the floor.

The host met us at 2am for check-in and explained everything about the apartment.
The central location is just next tot the municipal garden and walking distance to the beach.
No parking - yet, the Host honestly shared it upfront before the arrival that due to the renovation on the ground floor his parking slot is temporary unavailable. Street parking is challenging in this area in a working days.
