Location was excellent! Beds were comfortable with good linen. Towels were great. Concierge service was very good and very convenient
Kitchen utensils and facilities were not great. Pots were cheap and food burnt easily. Chips in one of the bowls. No kitchen scissors. Freezer compartment door has broken off. Bathroom window latch is loose. General maintenance needs attention

Awesome studio. Having secure underground parking was a bonus. Second stay in this studio apartment and will always try and book it. Perfect location for what we needed in Cape Town.

The only good thing was the location. It was in good proximity to shops and my place of work.
The apartment needs maintenance. Broken flooring with gaps, damaged bulkhead above pendant lights in kitchen which looked like it could fall off.
All of the cleaning equipment were on the balcony and an ugly sight.
Only 2 rolls of toilet paper left for a 4-day stay.
