    This is a great family hotel in a really nice location with spacious rooms and ample facilities for children - my daughter loved the splash pool and the family pool. Breakfast was really decent too but gets pretty busy from 8.30 onwards. Staff were friendly and helpful. There's a supermarket nearby and it's a nice walk down into Mogan, which is a really beautiful place. Our stay wasn't long enough and we would happily return and recommend this hotel to others!

    The hotel has excellent amenities and the buffet is truly 5-star, with talented chefs and a great selection of food. However, I was surprised that only a few small bottles of water were provided at check-in, with no convenient water refill stations despite the hot climate. I also found that some housekeeping and buffet staff came across as less welcoming than expected for a luxury hotel. Overall, it's a very good hotel with excellent facilities, but improving hospitality and access to drinking water would make the experience much closer to a true 5-star standard.
