Ok for location but the room was cold.

I stay quite a lot and is close to my work and food outlets.

The heating went off around 6pm which was very cold. The staff turned the thermostat up, however, why was it so low! I used the second duvet to keep warm.

Only issue have to supply own toilet roll would not have been a problem if I knew in advance would have brought it with me rather than having to go back out to find a shop

The location for me and my dad was spot on, the fact that we paid a little more for the bathroom was a great addition, the staff were very helpful.

Bed was comfy the night staff John was awesome so helpful and helped us buy changing rooms as I needed a room with bathroom as the shared one was to far away for me to use as just recovering from knee surgery

The Snooze was a good night's sleep

Everything else. It was clean, everything worked, it was quiet. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. I only spoke briefly to the member of staff on duty when I arrived, but he was pleasant and helpful.

The decor is generally tired and needs redecorated. More concerning was what looked like mould in the bathroom. The bed was too hard for me, but that's personal preference, not a problem.

Ok overall, I would stay again but with a car so feel safer parking that

Room was comfortable and large enough for the night, shower worked great

No one around when I tried to complain about noise level next door so had to knock myself No secure parking for motorbikes, although large parking area down the round but didn’t feel safe leaving my bike there.

Smell of sewage in room, hot and stuffy with no thermostat. Felt dirty and unclean - left shoes next to the bed so did not have to stand on carpet in the night.

Not amused about the facilities

It was very helpful because it was local

We had one hand towel , one bath towel , one glass and spoon between 2 of us. The carpets were filthy and the dressing table disgusting it looks to me like cigarette burns. Take a look at the photos. I’m normally not one to complain.

Nice room as usual, clean tidy and shower hot.

The receptionist on this occasion did not appear to know what she was doing. Taking ages to check me in and having to check with someone on the phone. Given I stay here regularly I know this was poor - usually very good.

Urm in the room I stayed in it was a bit annoying if u needed to go to the toilet because u would have to walk all the way to the front of the hotel to go toilet and in the room I stayed in had no air conditioning which was a pain but apart from that it was good

Code did not work to access room ened uo with a physical key and the Room stank of human poo and had no window ended up leaving within 5 mins

Staff are second to none. Rooms are pleasant and warm. Always clean bedding. Easy access. Cannot fault. Superb service. Would like to reiterate the staff are friendly and helpful. Delighted and definitely exceeded expectations.

Beds were very uncomfortable and no blinds on the windows, when asked for refund or part refund was repeatly to told it was a non refund booking. Will not recommend to others. Only stayed for 1 night out of 5 nights booked.

Location to Corby Station… we had a party in London… could get off the train and not have to drive…
