Nice little hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free parking for hotel guests behind the hotel, very convenient. The room was clean and fresh and had AC. Breakfast buffet was also very nice. Will definitely come back next time I am visiting Boden.

In an old building with character in the town centre, but fully modernised to a high standard. Helpful/friendly reception. Room modern, attractive, everything to a high standard; large windows so plenty of light. Free tea/coffee in reception. Excellent breakfast, extensive selection, continental and cooked. Everything a hotel should be.
Excessive communications before arrival, detailed but sometimes conflicting. One email plus one with access information just before arrival should be sufficient.

Breakfast was great. Beds comfortable and clean. Renovations to the bathroom were fantastic.
In room information for both the TV and the spa bath neither of which we could successfully manage.
