L'extrême gentillesse, la disponibilité de Nada e Daniel. Le petit déjeuner avec tous les jours d'excellentes pâtisseries et un choix considérable de bonnes choses. Les bons conseils de Nada sur les sites à visiter. Un lieu calme et ressourçant... A faire et à refaire absolument sans modération....
Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir à tous les niveaux.

Agriturismo molto carino in campagna ma a due passi (in macchina) da Capalbio.. ottima colazione con prodotti fatti in casa .. stanze essenziali ma perfette per il contesto.., se si cerca relax e’ il posto giusto..

The mattress was great, good view (although average for the area in general) , plenty hot water.
Not being offered help with luggage. Breakfast was virtually devoid of healthy options. The room was lacking ventilation and so was damp and claustrophobic. The first night I was freezing, which brings me to the main problem, no one there speaks a word of English. My Italian is a lot better than the average tourist, but I still did not understand that the air conditioner on the wall also functioned as a heater until the second day. If you are not fluent in Italian forget this place immediately.
The shower had a lightweight plastic curtain, so it had to be fought off continually whilst the water was running. Towels left in the shower room did not dry, indeed fresh towels which had been dry on arrival became damp, the best gauge possible of the excess humidity. During each night I had to get up twice to change my T-shirt because it was soaking wet. There was no extractor fan in the shower room. The garden was quite nice but it was badly planned so that the route from parking to the rooms was up a grassy hill through various shrubs, and not easy for someone nearly 70 years old. The floors were needlessly cleaned daily with some polish which released toxic fumes all day and night, together with the damp doing serious damage to my asthma.
When I left and mentioned just the more serious of these issues ie those adversely affecting my health, the host and hostess simply argued with me, rather than apologising or promising to rectify any of them. That was perhaps the most annoying part of all.
They had the gaul to say that they could have moved me to a different room, when I had already paid extra on Booking.com to have the best room available. All the rooms suffered from the same design faults anyway.
