Size of the apartment is huge, very clean, fully equipped and located in the lower ground of the building. There is a separate entrance. Very comfortable place to stay.. Decent place to stay including the price.
Apart from the water disruption from 12mn to 7am, probably due to the current constructions in the area, there is nothings else not to like on the apartment..

Сама квартира по планировке неплохая, много места, нас было трое. Отзывчивая хозяйка, всегда готова ответить на вопросы, подсказать. На кухне есть необходимая посуда, в ванной и туалете тоже. Чистое белье. Много вешалок и полочек. Есть фен, утюг, пылесос. Тихо.
Поскольку мы приехали уже не в сезон и поздно вечером, было холодно первую ночь (первый этаж с отдельным входом). Еще и неожиданно отключили всю воду на ночь, ну в этом, я так понимаю, общая проблема по Армении, и хозяйка могла не знать. Квартира явно прокуренная, хотя мы рассчитывали, что внутри запаха не будет. Нет микроволновки. Диваны уже несколько уставшие и продавленные. Остальное все ок.
