That it was closer to the town.
It is near a big school which made sleeping in the morning very difficult as they made a lot of noise as my guests were from UK and wuth a time difference they couldn't catch up sleep.

Exceptional service and amenities. Loved this place felt comfort like home. Suitable for those who seek peaceful and safe stay. Friendly and caring staff. Highly recommended. They take orders for breakfast, breakfast is very delicious home-made breakfast.
The only downside for me was that they don’t have black coffee choice for breakfast.
