Couch was not very clean- needs to be professionally cleaned Toilet handle in guest bathroom almost fell off.Toilet seat in master bathroom needs tightened, seat isn’t secure.Door on vanity in the master bathroom is missing screws for the hinge on the left side. Door is not secured to the vanity.Floors were not clean. If you walk around barefoot your feet turn black. Sand is expected but not to be filthy. Proper cleaning and maintenance isn’t being done in this rental property!
