A mixed experience. The apartment is well located in Laigueglia, close to the beach, a little bit outside of the centre in a quite neighbourhood. The centre of Laigueglia is just a short walk away. The apartment was quite well equipped and reasonably well maintained. There is a balcony with a sea view, as well as a patio on the backside of the building. The owner was friendly when we met up and showed us the apartment.
Even though there is a balcony you shouldn't expect to be able to use it much. There's was so much mosquitoes that we in the end chose the heat inside in favour of the bites. The main issue with the apartment is that it gets really warm when it's hot outside and it's hard to cool down. It was around 30 degrees outside during our stay so not too hot, but still it was really warm inside even though we did everything possible to keep the heat out. Luckily there is a fan but the difficulties to keep the apartment cool still is a problem. The mosquito nets could need some attention as well. The cost of living in Laigueglia is really high so compared to other apartments and hotels in Laigueglia the price was decent. For what we got though the price still felt fairly high. With everything taken into account, the price, the size and state of the apartment a fair rating would be a 7. We had some problem with the ignition on the gas stove though on the last day of our stay. It started clicking repeatedly. We tried to fix it ourselves first, cleaning the parts but to no avail. When we contacted the owner he told us his father would come by in half an hour. When he still hadn't showed a couple of ours later (at 10.30 pm) we did another attempt to fix it ourselves and managed to at least fix it so the click wasn't that loud. Had we known he wouldn't show we could have enjoyed our last evening in Laigueglia instead of waiting fpr him in the hot apartment. For that the rating goes down to a 6.

Bello e favoloso
Casa accogliente, comoda al centro di Legueglia. Camera molto grande, utile e comodo il terrazzino fuori. Casa fornita di stoviglie e di lavatrice.
Casa bellissima e comoda, l’unica pecca é che faceva tanto caldo e si dovevano tenere chiuse le finestre perché le zanzariere erano rotte e entrano gli insetti. Credo sia l unica cosa negativa dell’appartamento.

La casa purtroppo non era all’altezza delle aspettative. All’arrivo l’abbiamo trovata poco pulita, con evidenti segni di muffa in più punti, il che rendeva l’ambiente sgradevole e poco salubre. Le zanzariere erano rotte, quindi impossibile tenere le finestre aperte senza far entrare insetti, e in più non c’era nemmeno un ventilatore, ( poi il giorno dopo ce l’hanno portato ma rotto e sporchissimo ) rendendo la permanenza molto difficile durante le giornate calde. Le condizioni igieniche e il livello di comfort generale erano davvero insufficienti per una casa vacanza. Non consiglierei questa struttura, a meno che non vengano fatti interventi seri di pulizia, manutenzione e miglioramento degli ambienti.
