The backyard is great. The kids spent some quality time there and so did we, the parents. Bbq area and the basketball court were great to have.
The train goes directly next to the fence from the back. And it starts as early as 6 am. So it was quite challenging to sleep there. Especially when you have a 2yo that as soon as he wakes up, well, everybody wakes up 😄.

Private, away from the main road, had all the amenities needed for a weekend getaway. Badminton field & music speaker, beer fridge and pool were the main selling points for us.
Would recommend it for longer stays as well, for families and friends.
Train tracks a few meters from the garden, train horns cand be a bit disturbing if you re keeping the windows open at night.
