This place first of all felt like a home. It is nicely appointed with nice touches such as decorations, bed lamps recessed lighting and really nice draw down curtains. The owner was very responsive, security was great and my 2 little four legged friends loved the grassy expanse above the beach! (the reason I came here is that it is pet friendly) The staff and securtiy here are very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the noise in the daytime from the highway, and I did adjust after the first day, as the ocean views absolutely make up for it and at night I left the door to the balcony open a crack to hear the waves all night! The unit is flooded with light, with views at every turn. From this unit (I got up every morning to see) you can see the sunrise and sunset. The sunlight actually warms this place so nicely, (it is February) I never had to turn on any heat. The bed was comfy with nice pillows. The unit was very clean and presentable. I was hesitant to write this great review as I'm afraid it will be so booked up in the future I won't be able to reserve it. I will absolutely come back and can live here for a month with no problem. This is only the second review I've ever written for a stay and would recommend this place to anyone that desires to stay in the Rosarito area.

Changed my stay from 9 to 8 nights. Host approved changes prior to the cut-off date for cancelation/changes, but never issued 155 credit/refund. Beautful windows, dirty floors, towels, scratched pans and pots, and no toilet paper and no dish detergent.
