The stay was comfortable, but the unprofessional behavior at check-out affected the overall experience.

The property is well maintained, clean, and in a good location. The rooms are comfortable and overall the stay was pleasant.

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to raise a concern regarding an unpleasant experience we faced during the check-out time. One of the room service staff members (a housekeeper, unfortunately I do not know his name) approached us with a very bad attitude. Without any valid reason or provocation from our side, he came and shouted at us in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner. We did nothing wrong to deserve such treatment, and this behavior was very disappointing and does not reflect the standard of service we expected. I hope this matter will be reviewed seriously, and appropriate action will be taken to ensure respectful and professional conduct from all staff members in the future. Didn’t like the place. Will never come again to the same place. Not worth the price.

Location was good. Nice walk around the village.

Staff were discourteous and didn’t respond to the needs of the guests in time.

Great location, basic apartment with abysmal WIFI.

The location is great and the beds were comfortable. The cleanliness was good. The shower, although small, had a plentiful supply of hot water. It was a good sized apartment for 4 with a good balcony.

The dishwasher was broken. Several lights didn't work. The biggest issue was the abysmal WIFI - its just not acceptable in this day and age to have such terrible WIFI. Kitchen was very basic, with limited equipment - no mugs, only a small frying pan etc etc - absolutely no condiments.

great accommodation at an affordable price

spacious and good value. You should add to notes that if you are travelling by car you should go to the top floor of the car park, into open air part of the car park and go across link and head to right hand corner to off load your luggage as it’s only a 2 min walk from here.

The size of the apartment was great. Lots of space. The ski bus was right outside which was a bonus.

The check in details were nonexistent. I communicated to say we were arriving but there no instructions on how to enter the apartment. Apart from WiFi code there were no other instructions on sass fee or where to deposit recycling, local info etc. We didn’t even get our sass fee tourist passes despite giving him our details when asked. The apartment has three pans only. No frying pan, no oven dishes to cook with. Which meant we could only boil things! Not ideal for 5 days. The grill option in the oven did not work either. There was no hair dryer. Despite me calling, texting and emailing every day, no hair dryer was delivered. This non communication from the owner made the stay go from fairly good to very disappointing. It meant we could not go out in the evening after showering and washing our hair. We had to go to sleep with wet hair. Three girls in our family all with long hair. This was very frustrating and I felt this was very poor customer service. There was also a kitchen notice saying we had to leave the kitchen clean and tidy and if we didn’t we would incur an additional £70 fine! Despite us already paying a cleaning fee of £100, this I thought was unnecessary. The bed mattress for me was too hard and I did not sleep well. The pillows were lumpy and flat. If you aren’t expecting much from an apartment then the size was great. If you don’t mind walking to the centre then also good. Apart from that I have stayed in sass fee several times now and would never stay in an apartment owned by this person/company.

- arrival (15h) and departure time (10h) - kitchen's accessories too basic - apartment is very cold, although all radiators completely open (the host knows about and is trying to fix) - only one toilet and no separate shower - only one key for the apartment

Value for money in Saas Fee

Check in was easy, phoned the hotel manager and he came to see us straight away. The appartment was larger then expected, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the failities required and included a pod coffee machine which was nice. The views from the balconey were amazing and there was a small grocery store just a couple of minutes walkaway

It was very good value for money, had everything I needed. Close to the bus station, a little shop, a bakery and the world’s best playground.

Die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss war mit einem Zugang in den Garten

Die Ausstattung war sehr schlecht in der Küche! Die Küche hatte wenig Platz. Die Schränke und er Küche fielen fast auseinander. Die Abzugshaube war fast kaputt. Das Sofa und die Matratzen waren durchgelegen. Die Fliesen am Boden waren teilweise kaputt. Die Spülmaschine der oberen Wohnung reinigt nicht.

Excellent séjour à Saas-Fee

Très bon séjour à Saas Fee. Appartement spacieux pour 2 personnes. Très bien situé, très proche du parking et de la navette ski bus, centre proche à pieds également. Notre appartement avait sel, poivre, paprika et ail, très pratique. Des capsules pour le lave-vaisselle étaient disponibles que nous n'avons pas utilisés au profit de l'éponge et liquide vaisselle à disposition. Box à ski privé fermé avec la clé de l'appartement, possible de sécher les chaussures dans le local à ski surchauffé. Comme déjà précisé par d'autres utilisateurs, set à fondue et raclettes disponibles dans l'appartement. Balcon très appréciable avec vue sur la montagne. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans l'appartement 805.

Selon mon amie, les lits peuvent être courts pour les grandes personnes... aucun problème pour moi :-)

La situation proche de l’arrêt de bus pour l’Alpin Express et du parking. Le calme. Les chambres avec des matelas de bonne qualité.

Quelques ustensiles supplémentaire en cuisine : Récipent pour mesuré, carafe à eau, mug.

Grosszügige Wohnung, einfach und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Handtücher genügend vorhanden. Betten sauber und angezogen, Spülmittel, Geschirrspül - Tabs udn frischer Abwaschlappen vorhanden.
