Practically flawless. The way the cleaners cleaned during our stay was unparalleled to anywhere else I have stayed. Breakfast was stunning, service impeccable. I would live there if I could

This was my favorite place to stay in our 5 country 6 city tour ! The reception was quick and efficient, they did ask for a lot of room deposit which was not expected but once we explained we were not prepared for that they just said we would have to pay on consumption which we were okay with.
They accommodated us all on the same floor as requested. The rooms were very clean and very spacious. Perfect for long stay and for families as you can sit in each others rooms without sitting on the bed. Comes with spacious kitchenette and bathroom with dryer and washing machine and they put detergent for you.
The pool area is nice and they have a big jacuzzi (but it was not heated as expected), the views are great.
The breakfast is absolutely amazing with so many options. First place I have stayed at that has breakfast till 2pm..so you have the luxury of sleeping in and resting and eating when you are ready.
I have never , ever experienced such super attentive and friendly staff !!!
When I go back I will definitely stay there again !!!
Some other hotels will fold clothes when cleaning, they don't , but not sure if that is expecting too much, would love to hear from others !
Bangkok is very big so not sure if our location was central or not. However, they do run a free shuttle to one of the malls.
