While staying at this beautiful 3 storey mansion, you will be enthralled by the crystal clear turquoise colored Bahamian waters, state of the art infinity swimming pool, breathtaking blue skies and white sandy beach that can be panoramically viewed from every room. As you and your group party or repose on the ocean terrace, you will certainly enjoy the golden sunsets that will graciously greet you in the evenings as you look toward the beautiful western horizon.
Treasure Beach elaborately boasts on the first two floors, 5,500 sq. ft. of living space for you and your guests to exclusively enjoy. The balconies, 4,000 sq. ft. beach front patio with private powder-room and 40ft infinity pool are 'exclusively' for your use during your stay. The developer of the estate occupies the third floor which has its own private entrances and courtyard.
5 out of the 7 bedrooms are considered suites as a result of their tastefully designed en suite bathrooms and generous ocean views that blend beautifully with the infinity pool. Want to indulge in a fishing adventure! Feel free to have us arrange a day out on the ocean with Captain Kyle and have your catch of the day prepared on the ocean patio 'Bahamian Style'. For your Bahamas bonfire experience -- the white powdered sand beach invites you to an exciting pig roast while under the dancing moonlight. These services are offered at a moderate price.

The property manager Sid is over the top amazing. She was so helpful as we were planning our week—she found a private boat for us, she cooked an amazing meal and was incredibly responsive every time we had questions or needed anything. The beach was so nice—we could not have had a better week! There are some great restaurants very close to the house. We had three families and 4 young kids… there was plenty of space for everyone. Definitely would recommend this house.

The heated pool makes the house with the beach location. The house is very noisy with hardwood floors and minimal sound pictures on the wall walls or ceiling. It’s just very loud.A suggestion would be to put some felt on the base of the chairs so they don’t make so much noise every time you move them.The kitchen is very well equipped. And having the bottled water there was very nice.

House was perfect for our family. Location was conveniently located near the airport. Quiet strip of beach. Capt Sid the house manager & chef was amazing. Helpful with any need and bonus she is an amazing chef! Bahamian people are so kind and the island is very welcoming.
