Quality Hotel São Caetano

We absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to spend some time in Sao Caetano. It is right across the street from the mall so super convenient location, with a good size supermarket. The staff is 100%. They were so professional and friendly and very accommodating to all our needs every single time. The room was very spacious with a beautiful view. Pretty much everyone spoke English. Breakfast was wonderful every morning.

Only thing I didn’t like is the staff that cleaned our room was not very thorough. They didn’t clean much of anything, but we’re only quick to remove our room card so our AC would turn off. Once we talked to the guy at the reception, the problem was fixed. He said we could keep the room at the temperature we wanted it all day.

I stayed at Quality Hotel São Caetano for a few nights on a work trip. The hotel is very comfortable, modern, and extremely clean. The staff was professional, and the location worked well for my meetings. The room had everything I needed for a short business stay.

It was surprisingly difficult to charge my devices. Since Brazil uses a different power plug type, I needed an adapter, but the hotel didn’t provide one, not even for purchase or rental. It would have been helpful if they had some kind of solution available for international travelers.

Nice clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent location.
