The price-quality ratio leaves a lot to be desired. For the price (not among the lowest) you will get a very budget finishing, which can be seen at every step - doors not closing properly, squeaky floor, leaking tap, clumping mattresses, etc. Moreover, the apartment is very acoustic - you can hear conversations from the adjacent apartment. We were unlucky and every day we were woken up by a barking dog, alternating with a herd of running children. The main room is equipped with air conditioning (its use in summer is necessary because the room gets very hot), but it is not pleasant to run it - you can smell the fungus and the air conditioning that has not been cleaned for a long time. The lighting system designed by a complete idiot is an absolute hit. The apartment has a dozen or so buttons that activate lights in different parts of the apartment, arranged without any logic. It's even hard to describe... The lack of wifi in the apartment is a big surprise. Yes, it is consistent with the description and I did not read it properly, but in this standard it was quite surprising. From the issues beyond the control of the owner, however worth mentioning, there is definitely the beach - we were very surprised by the rocky and narrow beach, which made even ordinary walks difficult. A few kilometers away there is already beautiful sand, but the place is dominated by gravel and stones. Also, due to the cliff there, the descent to the beach is not the easiest one (the stairs have been damaged) To sum up - this is a place with great potential. However, at current prices, I would expect a more invested facility, otherwise the owner should cut the price down significantly. I will rather not repeat my stay here.
