The location is perfect if you’re flying in or out — just 2 minutes from the airport. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Karl and Chantal are wonderful hosts!

Cleaning facilities can be improved

The place looked nice and clean. The owners Chantal and Carl were quite responsive to Booking messages and they gave me some fruit and coconuts during my stay. Just a few metres from the beach I could do a late check out Very nice cleaning lady Isabelle.

1 point less for noise. I asked for a quiet room but on my check in day there was an extremely loud party next door. I was told it happens once every few months and they couldn't control it, but still. Because of that reason they told me they put me in a different apartment further from the party, and that one had only 1 bedroom instead of the 2 I paid for. 2. point less: the room I was given was the closest to the bar which is along the beach a few meters further. I clearly asked about the music from the bar and if I could hear it in my room via Booking messages before my stay, and I was told no. However, I did hear the bar music in my room and next to my room during my entire stay, except for 1 day when the bar was closed. It was very disturbing to me. When I told Chantal about it a few times, each time she would say she was not bothered by that bar music (but their house is further from the bar anyway) or she changed the topic as if I didn't even say anything. Not nice. 3. point less: on my last day they started doing reconstruction in the room in front of me. After all the noise I had to experience during my stay even after I requested silence, they didn't care at all and decided it was the best day for loud reconstruction noise when I was sill there. 4. point less: at my check out, Chantal still didn't apologize for the noise at all, pretty much just said that nothing happened. And Carl was standing few meters from me but didn't even turn to me, didn't say bye. The beach was full of seaweed when I visited in June. No one cleaned anything so using the beach there with seaweed and in strong wind was not comfy.
