CHALET ETERLOU MANIGOD
Chalet just out of a complete renovation. The cottage is located at the start of many hikes just outside the town of Manigod, ideally located 0. 8 km from the village, opportunities to walk down a small path where you will find a bakery, bar restaurant, souvenirs, to 0. 5 free shuttles for MERDASSIER stations where you can rent your ATV equipment etc. see the website Val Sport, a bakery and a DAB, a swimming pool. 4km from LA CLUSAZ, and 4 km from THONES typical village of Aravis with swimming pool, restaurants, supermarket, etc.
The housing is appreciated for its calm 2500 m2 of ground as well as its exceptional sight on the whole chain of ARAVIS while being close to the stations, the lake of ANNECY 30 km.
Composition:
On the ground floor a garage to store all your equipment, a shower room toilet, an internal staircase through which you will join the living space of the cottage.
1 large room of 45 m2 with fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sitting area with TV, glass fireplace (firewood is included in the rental) .1 bathroom with a large shower, double washbasin. Independent toilet. 1 room with bed of 140.
Upstairs a small TV reading area, 2 bedrooms with 140 bed and 1 bedroom 2 beds of 90.
Outside, a very large panoramic terrace facing south equipped will allow you to have lunch outside, or enjoy an aperitif while the sun sets behind the mountains.
