This place Is great and these people work hard! They are friendly, accommodating and caring. The unit we booked was very clean, very well laid out, lots of great touches to the place (our daughter said “a woman must have done the interior design” lol). It’s “beachy”, bright, and feels like a beach bungalow. I appreciate that there was even oil and balsamic glaze vinegar to use! The bathrooms were clean, modern and having 2 bathrooms was such a bonus. The water pressure was amazing! The beds were comfortable, the front patio just for us and then a side community patio are nice bonuses. This would be a great place for an extended stay (we were here 3 nights). The restaurant is great, the breakfast options included are generous and very good. Maybe the best breakfast/brunch menus we’ve seen anywhere. The staff were all great - fun to meet people from all over the world. Highly recommend this place! This little strip of beach has less going on than Himare beach center but it is way nicer! If you have a car, this is the place to be. (Important to note if you don’t know, you are not supposed to throw toilet paper in the toilet in much or all of Albania - we did not know this before arriving in Himare)

The biggest point I’d make to improve on are room darkening shades or curtains. This would have helped us all sleep better. It was bright as day by 5:30 AM and we couldn’t sleep after that. Even with eye shades it was just so bright. The TV never worked which we really only cared about one evening when there was a big thunderstorm and we were stuck inside. Only 2 of the 3 AC units worked. At first only one worked but Niki managed to get the 2nd one working. Thank goodness because it was incredibly hot when we were there. So having the 2 in the bedrooms working was sufficient in the end.

Lovely staff and breakfast

It wasn’t clear how to access the hotel after being dropped by the bus. We had to pay for a taxi as we had bags and the road was rocks.

Very clean. Comfortable large bed. Really nice family running it. Great location.

The staff is really nice! Its located on the shore, bar on site, breakfast is delicious.

Overall a bit overpriced, we stayed a few other places in albany and this was the more expensive yet we felt that we didnt really get the value for our money like at other places. The house we stayed at needs a bit of renovation and some proper blankets not just sheets.
