Hello, Genevieve and Jean will be happy to share with you the charms of this villa and its surroundings, splendid in all seasons.
The holiday home of Geneviève and Jean La Seyne-sur-Mer in the Var, is located in a very quiet residential area and in a dead end street, close to beaches and shops.
The house is on a closed ground with possibility of parking 2 to 3 cars.
The house consists of a hall, a dining room overlooking a large terrace east side angle, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with bath and shower, and separate toilet .
Access by 4 steps, then everything is on the ground floor.
Outside, you will enjoy the terrace overlooking the dining room, and the lime tree under which you can enjoy each meal in the shade and freshness.
You will also find all the equipment you will need for your greatest pleasure (garden furniture, electric barbecue, etc ...)
From the house, you are 1.5 km from the beach of Mar Vivo and the pebble beach of La Verne, 2.5 km from the sand beach of Sablettes and 2 km from the sandy beach of Fabregas.
Nearby, the massif of Cape Sicié (protected area), and the coastal path that joins Six Fours.
A river shuttle departs from Sablettes beach and reaches Toulon in 25 minutes for less than 2 €
The nearest shops (bakery, butcher, greengrocers, mini markets, tobacco press, pharmacy ...) are 5 'drive and 15 30 minutes walk.
