Good in general, but the breakfast is super basic, the juice was basically water.

I liked location.

The staff is not very well trained for hospitality. Diana's service wasn't hospital at all, she just denied my shuttle instead of provide solutions. She was just a stopper for me to get the shuttle. But then the girl next to her was amazing and helped me a lot. So is not all the people from the staff but that girl specifically. The TV doesn't have Netflix or other streaming platforms. And the breakfast dissapointed me, the orange juice was basically water mixed with a box of fake juice and a little of real orange. The chilaquiles sauce was water and oil with some dried spices (horrible), and the beans were diluted in a lot of water. At least I had the basics like eggs, fruit, yogurth.

El área de la ducha tiene moho muy visible Mucho polvo en el piso de la habitación y los muebles El teléfono de la habitación no tenía servicio para comunicarme con recepción. Imposible conectarme al internet del hotel. No es la primera vez que me hospedó en el hotel, pero en esta ocasión fueron muchos detalles

Incluye desayuno las veces que me he hospedado ha sido el mismo menu huevo con salchicha y totopos con salsa no esta adoc al lugar , el espacio de mesas es muy pobre ya que en varias ocasiones tuve que solicitar en recepcion pusieran mesa adicional ya que estuve esperando media hora a que alguien se levantara no se me hizo apropiado, también ofrecen servicio de cafe y la maquina estuvo siempre fuera de servicio.

Una buena alternativa para viajes corrtos a Toluca

Limpio, personal amable. Tienen aire acondicionado en excelentes condiciones.

El estacionamiento esta solitario, lleno de charcos, piso con irregularidades. Me caí.

Mucho por mejorar siendo un hotel de cadena.

La ubicación, por el motivo del viaje, que era acudir a unas oficinas que se encuentran cercanas, a la zona.

El olor a humedad y drenaje en las habitaciones. El olor del aire acondicionado. Lo escueto de su desayuno. En la página ofrecen servicio al aeropuerto de la Ciudad, y en el hotel, te comentan que no lo cubren. No hay secadora de cabello en la habitación. Me dieron una clave de WiFi qué no era y tuve que bajar a que lo arreglaran. Mala iluminación en las habitaciones.

El personal es muy amable, pero por el precio no es lo que se espera, reserve con 2 camas y fueron camas individuales super pequeñas , no se especifica en la pagina.

las camas , y en la cocina esta el área de roperia por lo tanto no es muy agradable estar desayunando en el área. El sabor bueno de acuerdo a lo que se paga en el establecimiento no se espera que sea mas gourmet.
