We were treated with so much care and kindness during our stay. We arrived during the middle of a local festival and the owners rushed over in order to check us in and let us choose our preferred rooms. The room was huge and comfortable with the most beautiful views. I slept wonderfully. Knowing that we had to leave very early for a flight out of Madrid, we were provided with a delicious breakfast and thermos of hot coffee in the dining room that was ready when we woke up.
I didn't realize quite how small and rural the location was when I booked. I had hoped there would be a restaurant or market to buy food at nearby, we should have eaten somewhere along the way before arriving. The streets are tiny and confusing like many small towns in Spain, thankfully we were shown exactly where we could safely park.
