Gizi deserves a 10. She is super friendly always trying to help her clients. from waiting for us to arrive on Friday night, until she gets our bags on Sunday to let us enjoy the city without them. Also she provided us lot of restaurants, places to go, she is an open guide. In short, she contributed in making our trip to Palermo perfect. Moreover the apartment has a perfect location. Extremly clean. it contains everything you can need. The added value is the terrazze, a cool space to rest and enjoy also at home.

The property was very stylish and well looked after, with a beautiful balcony and views. Our host, Gizi, was very attentive and responsive. She offered to book us a cab to the airport. We would love to come back.
The kitchen was well equipped but we missed having a larger cafetière to have our own coffee- Gizi has a small one enough for one person. My mother could not log her Android phone onto the internet- we tried several times. The ones of us who had iPhones had no problems.
